How to prepare your horse before applying horse hair extensions |
If you are not doing the extensions yourself using our travel kit
then we will visit you and your horse to colour match the hair to be extended, then all we ask is for the area to be extended to be freshly washed and dry
and preferably have a power supply nearby (Can be overcome if power a problem). Before we apply the extensions we will wipe the
area over with a degreasant to help the extensions adhere properly. The extensions cause no damage as long as the aftercare
is adhered to and you can choose to leave them in or remove them yourself when your shows are over.
Under the correct
aftercare and with a grease free application the extensions can last for 2/3 months although you may experience shedding
during this time.
